“Pink Slime” is whats being served in most school districts. The slime is essentially the glue holding the meat together. Its not really glue but it can’t be much worse!!
Saving THREE CENTS a pound off production costs and making $440 million/year in revenue the FDA has allowed the beef industry use fatty slaughterhouse trimmings treated with ammonia as a filler in ground beef.
Is that why some critics say that “red meat” is bad for you?

1. Keishi Bukuryo Gan: Japanese Tea
Keishi Bukuryo Gan is a cinnamon mushroom root that has been used in Japan for many medicinal purposes and has recently been proven to treat/prevent hot flash extremes.
2. Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM)
Dr Oz said that Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERMS) are an over the counter medicine that is based on a natural soy derivative. However, Dr Oz did say to double check with your doctor before taking this to be sure there won’t be any dangerous drug interactions.
3. Chilled Pillow
Dr Oz showed a Chilled Pillow ($25) that you fill up with cold water and can put in the fridge to get it even cooler. It is soft and can be used just like a pillow… it is the pillow equivalent to that of a water-bed! You can also wear lose fitting clothing to bed if you suffer from hot flashes.
Once your estrogen stops surging, the hot flashes will go away, but it can take up to 10 years to make your way through Perimenopause.

I want to teach people about “body awareness” and how to lose body fat, which starts by “detoxing” the body of extra fats, carbohydrates and sugars. A person has to be mindful of what goes into the body and how much they want vs. what they need. There is no other way.
Eat to live, not live to eat. Choose between quality and quantity. Quality is more nutritious for the body. Quantity is to hard on the body because of toxic fat stores.
You have to negate the extra calories (sugar/candy)from the diet if they can not be eaten with control. You have to be a responsible cookie owner!!
You have to be in control and accountable for your self. if you think you need help, help yourself.

The newly svelte host of “The Price is Right” showed off his new bod on the red carpet Wednesday night in Beverly Hills, where he told reporters: “It sucks being fat.”
Since losing the weight, “I’m not diabetic anymore. No medication needed.”
And all he had to do was say good-bye to the bread and chips.
“No carbs,” he told People magazine in describing his new diet. “… not even a cracker. No bread at all. No pizza, nothing. No corn, no beans, no starches of any kind. Egg whites in the morning or like, Greek yogurt, cut some fruit.”
“I like being skinny,” says Carey. “I was sick of being fat on the camera. Really, I just got sick of it.”
July is National Hot Dog Month, a whole month (31 days) dedicated to celebrate the hot dog and July 23 is the peak day of that month long celebration.
Now I’m not going to go into the ingredients of what comprises a hot dog, but I will say this
Hot dogs, bologna and dog food were all invented during the mass slaughterization of cows and pigs. Long ago we got our food from family farms, then factories and profits took over and we developed a way to slaughter over 100,000 animals a day.
The rich get T-bones, New York strips, rack of ribs, rib eyes, hams and pork chops, but not everybody can afford those cuts of meat. So with tons of scraps left over they manufacture it one more time (thousands of new jobs and profit) and feed it to dogs and poor people.
We get hot dogs, bologna, ground beef, sausage, deli meat, salami, turkey bacon, and Spam to name a few. The dogs get the same ingredients too, look on the bag as it is written. Price separates quality, nobody will give away the good stuff.

The USDA and our government releases every 5 years “Dietary Guidelines for Healthy Americans” (read report here)
“Consumption of lower-quality or incomplete protein is of greater concern when protein needs are high. Additionally, recommendations to lower calorie intake to combat obesity by increasing plant-based food intake must be linked to cautionary messages to maintain protein total intake of sufficient quality at recommended levels“.
Our government doesn’t feel obliged to tell what sufficient quality stated in the report means because we can not afford to ruin the industries and put that many people out of work.
- The doctors who treat the diseased and sick (food poison)
- Insurance companies who sell to both patient and doctors
- Lawyers who litigate for the patients, doctors, and industries (beef recalls)
- But of course the farmers and families of the factory worker.
Too big to fail?
I say NO
It’s population control for our government. The people who eat the meat will be diseased (heart attack, stroke, cancer and mental illness from chemical additives) and die.

Remember that PSA about drugs? Speaking of drugs, I had no idea what “drugs” were until I got to college. Back in 3rd grade a local Officer Friendly came to our class with cocaine, pot, and LSD that’s when I was first introduced to street drugs, by the Owensboro City Police Department

Thanks to an internship at the hospital and 7yrs employment did I learn the true meaning of “drugs” and how they worked exactly. Everybody is on them. All walks of life, all types of people, for all types of things. There is a pill or drug for everything. Any shape, size, color or flavor, get them from a doctor with a prescription and they call it legal, get it from a drug dealer in a baggie and they call it a controlled substance.
They learn this by watching you.
Now I love my Doctor, he’s not to blame. They say its lack of education or awareness that faults our choices about personal health. So here’s a free tip, learn about your body. Everything you put into your body, good or bad, will cause a reaction. especially food and drugs. Thats why they impose regulations on what we eat and take for medication.
Be accountable for what you eat, excess food causes buildup of fat stores that impede organ function which can effect our health. Being more than 10lbs overweight can cause emotional and physical stress. Respect your loved ones by maintaining a standard of weight that does not cause direct harm to your body.
Think about this, you can save money and your health now, and spend more time with family and friends later. If you have small children and they see their mom and dad overeating and disrespecting their bodies, what more can they learn.
They learn it by watching YOU!!

Since 1950 we have added chemicals to our bodies that were never heard of before we manufactured them and put into products we use: insecticides, cosmetic and personal-care products, cleaning solutions, paint, fuel, food, and industrial pollutants from factories.
Synthetic chemicals don’t belong inside the human body and it is only common sense to take into consideration that they’re not good for you. Some of the chemicals pass inspection because levels present are not enough to elicit harm to our bodies. Then one day they’ll have a huge recall because some food or toy slipped through the cracks and caused damage to children.
My biggest concern about these chemicals is that as we make new ones to industrialize the world, we are finding more sickness and disease. More cancer, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, obesity, aggressive flus, ADD, and immune deficiencies.
Heres some easy ways to protect yourself.
- Choose organic products.
- Eat fewer fatty and processed foods.
- Use soap and water instead of more chemically intensive household cleaners.
- Forgo optional treatments on carpet, furniture, and car upholstery.
I understand we can not eliminate our exposer to all the harmful chemicals out there but if we are aware (body awareness) then we can make change.
