Your Abs, my Abs, every body’s Abs

Wed is Ab day at the studio, my favorite day to train abs.

We all have abs, but some of us have too much fat covering them so they are hidden.  Reduce your body fat percentage significantly and you too will have a six-pack showing.

Genetics plays a big factor in what you look like.  What genes we get from our parents will determine what we look like, how our muscle is shaped and what definition we can show, not every body is the same.  

These before and after pics are more like it, not everything you see in a magazine is for real!!

Back Pain Relief – Transverse Abdominis Workout

Back pain is caused when the lumbar push against the nerves that run through the spine.

The irritation and inflammation is sometimes so brutal tha people will resort to narcotics and their side effects just to get through the day.

I recommended stretching and losing weight first, but for most strengthening the transverse abdominis is a great place to start.

Think back to Dolly, the TA is what wraps around your stomach and helps you squeeze in and out when you breathe and sing.  The TA supports the spine and helps keep it erect and intact while the body is torqued or put under physical stress throughout the day.

Back pain is not normal so if you break it down to the cause you help build from the source up.  Try these simple exercises for starters

“Abs Day” is not about Abs

Quick thought before I go and do this Ab workout on Wed – (awesome morning session btw)

AB day is not about the Abs.  Abs day is on Wed, I like it on Wed bc it gives me a chance to see who’s been to workout the beginning of the week and who is getting their mind right for the weekend.  I can pick out the drinkers, the over eaters, and the coach potatoes left and right all day long.  Guaranteed on Mon the weight will be up on the same people  each week.

I hate redundancy – it kills me, I hate to see people losing the same 3-5 lbs every week.  I want to move on to bigger and better goals.  But it’s not about me it’s about You.

You choose to be healthy, You choose to workout, You choose to be an example for others.
