GT Training

This is the central training program at GT Fitness, full body strengthening and toning with new workouts programmed daily.

Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

$10 per session, $75 monthly, or $65 monthly on auto pay.

 

GT Bootcamps

The 12:15

Burn more calories in less time with this express cross training workout during the lunch hour.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:15.

$5 per session or $35 per month.

 

The 6:15

A cardio kickboxing and weight training circuit workout. Get fit, have fun, kick stuff.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:15 PM.

$5 per session or $35 per month.

 

Run For Your Life

Whether you are training for your first 5K or your first 50K this class will get you ready. A training plan, running workshops and runner specific strength training all included.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30

$10 per session or $45 per month.

 

Family Kung Fu Training

Sit and watch the kids, or get on the floor and join them for a great martial arts workout.

Saturdays at 12:00

$10 per session or $35 per month.

 

GT – VIP

All-inclusive access to the GT Studio with every workout time & class available to you – JUST SHOW UP!! $85 per month on auto-pay

 

 

 

Since graduate school and working 7 yrs in the hospital/healthcare system I decided to re-think my career and start personal training to help people make physical fitness and healthy lifestyle changes BEFORE they get to the hospital.  My first training studio is in Bowling Green, Ky where I graduated with a Masters in Exercise Science from WKU and have been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.   I also share fitness and nutrition tips on Facebook and Twitter.  

I believe that teaching and motivating Bowling Green is the answer to Kentucky’s own health crisis.  By taking charge and inspiring individuals to be responsible for a standard health, my hope is in 10 years Kentucky will separate itself from the current Obesity epidemic that it faces.
