Best time to weigh is Friday morning, after you use the bathroom and take off all your clothes

You’ve worked out all week and fed your body quality nutrition so it can heal, NOW you can’t help but be excited about weighing on Friday to see what you lost for the week

Second best time to weigh is Monday morning, after having a great weekend of family & fun (not food)

When you are down on Friday, up less than 2lbs on Mon, then you will be able to lose more body fat weight for the week, if do NOT have the discipline to weigh , then you will still have more body fat to burn and not make progress
