Black Friday workout

Here is a workout you can do at home without a gym and without any equipment

The idea is to complete 25x of each starting with jumping jacks, Squats, crunches, push ups & repeat 4 times without stopping





My favorite workout to do, you can burn about 400-600kcals in under 25mins & the faster you do it the more calories you burn in less time
