The best thing about a new gym

One thing a new “gym” can bring to an area or small community is excitement!! People get excited about new places, people, or things, and I’m all for that.  Being excited about health & fitness just helps us all out in the long run.  The Obamacare scare that has begun to me is making things a lot better, not worse.

People are now really starting to think about their health now and for sure how its going to be in the future.  That awareness will lead to improvements of not what people do when they get sick but what they can and will do NOW to prevent going to the doctor in the first place.  To me that’s a WIN!!

Most people will not drive more than 15 minutes or 15 miles to workout or exercise.  Gas prices, overtime, kids, sports and lifestyle means only those that are dedicated, mindful and respectful of themselves will go the extra mile to be healthy and maintain a certain level of well-being.  The rest of us, well just look around at your co workers, friends and family and you can very well see who is wearing the workout clothes and walking around sore at work!! haha

As new fitness opportunities open up around us we will have more options and better choices to do the same old exercise routine, the difference will be whether you enjoy doing it with people you know & trust or a bunch of people you have no clue about.

I’ve made my passion for fitness and helping people workout my career and if you appreciate this post please share or tell somebody that needs to be motivated to get off the couch and GET TONED!!
