GT Food Challenge Weigh In

Starting today, Saturday and Mon we will be weighing people in for the 10-day Food Challenge

We are measuring Wt, Abs, Hips and Body Fat %

There is an info card with the food guidelines and each participant will be responsible for showing their personal food diary

Graduation, holiday, and life will make eating natural, nutritious and eating light a challenge, THAT’s THE WHOLE POINT!!

This will challenge who you are mentally, physically and socially
